2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, videos, text, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of Karen C. Williams and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, print, sell, or distribute any images or content from this website or from my courses without written permission.

Purchasing an original or print does not transfer copyright — it grants you ownership of the physical artwork only.

3. Artwork Sales & Commissions

  • All artwork is original and created by Karen C. Williams.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting differences.

  • Commissioned work follows the guidelines outlined in the Art Commissions Policy (linked separately).

  • Once a commissioned piece has been approved and paid for in full, all sales are final.

4. Courses & Digital Products

  • Access to courses, videos, and downloads is for personal use only.

  • You may not share, copy, or resell course materials, PDFs, or recordings.

  • Refunds are not available once course access has been granted, except where required by law.

5. Payment & Shipping

  • All payments are processed securely through Squarespace, Kajabi, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • Shipping costs, insurance, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Any delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Karen C. Williams Fine Art Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the website, courses, or products.
